Police Seek Suspect in Kona Theft Investigation

Hawai’i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying the suspect in an investigation of a theft that occurred on December 29, 2024, just after 7 p.m. in the 75-5700 block of Al’i Drive in Kailua-Kona.

Responding to the reported theft, police determined that a n unidentified woman removed items from a business without rendering payment. The woman is described as being possibly in her early 20s, local / Hawaiian, between 5-foot-3-inches to 5-foot-5-inches tall, 130-150 pounds.
