Police Renew Request For Public’s Assistance In Locating Missing Hilo Man

Hawai‘i Island Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Vincent Souza of Hilo, who was reported missing.

Souza was last seen in the area of Kulana Street in Hilo, on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., wearing a camouflage hoodie and black pants. He is described as having a light brown complexion, 5-feet 8-inches tall, 140 pounds, short brown hair and green eyes, with a medium length beard. Souza has tattoos on his left forearm and a left leg sleeve tattoo from his ankle to his knee.
