One-Way Traffic Pattern on Portion of Onomea Scenic Route April 19

Map outlining in red the temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect on a portion of Old Māmalahoa Highway, Onomea Scenic Route, on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., to safely accommodate participants of the “5K Walk and Run” in conjunction with the La Honua Festival at Pepe‘ekeō Park.

A temporary one-way traffic pattern will be in effect on a portion of Old Māmalahoa Highway, Onomea Scenic Route, on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., to safely accommodate participants of the “5K Walk and Run” in conjunction with the La Honua Festival at Pepe‘ekeō Park.

Traffic will be allowed to flow in the Hilo, or easterly, direction on Old Māmalahoa Highway, between Kulaimano Road and Old Onomea Road to access Highway 19.
