Police Seeking Missing Endangered Elderly Hilo Woman Rosina Valencia

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 77-year-old Rosina Valencia of Hilo, who was reported missing. 

She was last seen on the 100 block of Ululani Street in Hilo on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at about 3:00 p.m. wearing a teal colored top, denim capris pants, a white and pink floral print visor, pink crossbody bag, and dark colored tennis shoes.

She is described as being Asian Filipino, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 123 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

Police ask anyone with information on Valencia’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
