Police Seeking Missing Elderly and Endangered Kona Woman Phyllis Santiago

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 65-year-old Phyllis Santiago of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing. Santiago is considered an endangered missing person due to her age and a medical condition.

She was last seen at her residence in the Kealakekua e area on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

Santiago is described as having a tan complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, about 120 pounds, with medium-length gray hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Santiago’s whereabouts to please call of the Area II Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 326-4646, extension 225, or email Officer Bradley Llanes at Brad.Llanes@hawaiicounty.gov.
