Police Seeking Two Male Suspects in Ocean View Theft Investigation

Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying two men suspected of theft during an incident that took place in Ocean View on Palm Parkway at 4:00 p.m. on December 7, 2024. During the course of the incident, home appliances and home improvement items were reportedly removed without permission.

Police have been actively working this investigation since December and ask anyone who may know the identity of the male suspects, or who has information about the incident, to contact the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311; or Detective Joel Furuto at (808) 326-4646, ext. 281; or via email at joel.furuto@hawaiicounty.gov.

Citizens who wish to remain anonymous can make an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300 and be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000. Crime Stoppers does not record any calls or subscribe to caller ID.
