Police Request Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing & Endangered Hilo Woman Carol Ann Lau

Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 84-year-old Carol Ann Lau of Hilo who has been reported as missing and is considered endangered due to her age.

She was last seen on Tuesday, December 2, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. in the University Heights area.  

She is described as Caucasian, about 5-feet 6-inches tall, 160 pounds, fair complexion, brown eyes, and short gray hair, wearing unknown clothing. 

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
