Hawaiʻi Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Kiely-Ann Hall who was reported as a runaway.

Hall was last seen in the area of Waianuenue Avenue in Hilo, on Sunday, November 3, 2024, around 2:00 p.m. wearing a white bikini top with black palm trees, black bike shorts, and a gray hooded jacket.

She is described as Filipino with a medium build, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
