Hawaiʻi Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 58-year-old Randy Smith of Pahoa, who was reported as missing.

Smith was last seen in the Kalapana area of Pahoa on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

He is described as Caucasian with a fair complexion, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 195 pounds, with short, graying/brown hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Smith’s whereabouts to please call Detective Kimo Keli’ipa’akaua of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 961-2375, or at email kimo.keliipaakaua@hawaiicounty.gov.
