Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 39-year-old Shadrach Unea of Hilo, who was reported missing on Friday, July 26, 2024. He is considered endangered as he may be in need of medical attention.

Unea was last seen on Friday, July 26, in the area of Maikalani Street in Hilo, wearing a black shirt and blue shorts driving a silver Honda Fit vehicle.  

He is described as a local Hawaiian male with a tan complexion, 5 feet 10 inches, 225 pounds, with short black hair, and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Unea’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
