Hawai’i Island police report that 16-year old Carmella French, who was previously reported as an endangered runaway, was located in Hilo on Tuesday evening, July 16, 2024, at 11:03 p.m., in good health.
Hawaiʻi Police Department believes every victim deserves justice, and that the deceased victim’s family, friends, and community deserve closure.
