Media Release

Hawai‘i Island police report that 15-year-old Kingston Rikar, who was reported as a runaway on Friday, January 26, 2024, (report # 24-008706), was located in Pāhoa on Monday, January 29, 2024, in good health.

However, Rikar subsequently ran away the same day (report #: 24-010192), but was not reported to police until Tuesday, January 30, 2023.

Rikar is described as a Pacific Islander with a dark complexion and slim build, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone with information on Rikar’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
