Hawai‘i Island police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 40-year-old Daniel Immonen of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing by family on the mainland.

Immonen was last believed to be in the Kailua-Kona area in April 2023. He is described as Caucasian with a fair complexion, 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall (he was previoualy reported to be 5 feet 11 inches tall), 170 pounds, with short blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen with a full beard.
