Hawaiʻi Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 29-year-old Railee Santos of Hilo. He was last seen in the area of Pepe’ekeo on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Santos is considered endangered and may be in need of medical attention.

Santos is described as Hawaiian-mix with a thin build and medium complexion, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, black afro-style hair, brown eyes, tribal and rosary-like tattoos on his forearms.

Police ask anyone with information about Santos’ whereabouts is urged to call the police department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
