Hawaiʻi Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 58-year-old Randy Smith of Pahoa, who was reported as missing.

Smith was last seen in the Kalapana area of Pahoa on Monday, July 01, 2024, at 5:00 p.m., however not reported missing until recently.

Smith is described as Caucasian and has a fair complexion, 5-feet and 10-inches tall, 195 pounds, with brown eyes and short graying/brown hair, balding.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Smith’s whereabouts to please call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311 or contact Officer Branden Watanabe of Puna Patrol at (808) 965-2716.
