Hawai’i Island police report that 86-year-old Michael “James” Clark, who was previously reported as an endangered missing person, was located in Hilo on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 12:45 a.m. in good health.
Hawaiʻi Police Department believes every victim deserves justice, and that the deceased victim’s family, friends, and community deserve closure.
