Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Abbe Martin who was reported as a runaway.

Martin was last seen near a bus stop in the Hawaiian Acres subdivision in Mountain View near Road 8 and F on Wednesday, April 9th, 2024, at about 6:00 p.m. 

She is described as Filipino, medium brown complexion, 5-feet 2-inches tall, 115 pounds, and has brown eyes and straight black hair which is partially dyed red in a pony tail just below her shoulders. She was last seen wearing, a gray hoodie, gray sweat pants, white back pack and white shoes.

Police ask anyone with information on Martin’s whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311, or to contact Officer Chezvis Carveiro via email at chezvis.carveiro@hawaiicounty.gov.
