Hawai‘i Island police report that 16-year-old Kinser Rofes, who was previously reported as a runaway, was located in Hilo on Monday, March 25, 2024, in good health.
Hawaiʻi Police Department believes every victim deserves justice, and that the deceased victim’s family, friends, and community deserve closure.
