Hawai’i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 17-year-old Isaiah Cupis who was reported as a runaway.

Cupis was last seen in the 92-5000 block of Catamaran Lane in Ocean View on Thursday, October 9, 2024 at about 4:00 p.m., wearing a black button-up shirt, discolored blue jeans, and black boots.

He is described as Native American/Hispanic, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 140 pounds, short dyed blonde hair, brown eyes, a slender build, and a light brown complexion.

Cupis may be in need of immediate medical attention and is considered endangered.
