Do you know a young Big Island digital or media creator between 11 and 24 years old? Then encourage them to participate in the second annual Na Leo TV Youth Media Challenge! Hawai‘i Police Department is pleased to be one of the sponsors of this exciting island-wide project that gives the youth of our island a chance to show their creativity and win awesome prizes. Youth choose from a variety of topics, including public safety, and create a short film, digital artwork, or public service announcement (PSA).
